Refund Policy
If we don't deliver, you don't pay. Here's exactly how our refund and replacement policy works.

1. Failed placements
If a guest post or backlink fails to publish or is removed by the host site within 30 days, we replace it at no cost. If we can't replace it within 60 days, we refund the pro-rated cost.
2. Content revisions
Every article includes two rounds of revisions. If a piece still doesn't meet your brief after two revisions, we'll rewrite it or refund it.
3. Refund requests
Submit refund requests to hello@skyreachitmail.com within 14 days of the delivery in question. We aim to process approved refunds within 7 business days.
4. What isn't refundable
We can't refund work that has been delivered as agreed. Ranking outcomes, traffic changes, and Google algorithm updates are outside our direct control and not subject to refund.
5. Disputes
We're a small team of humans. If something feels off, tell us — we default to making it right.
