We provide SEO services including link building, guest posting, and content writing as described in your proposal or dashboard.

All plans are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the invoice date. Late payment may pause deliverables until settled.

We commit to the deliverables specified in your plan. Any link, article, or placement that fails to publish is replaced at no additional cost.

Content we create for you becomes your property upon full payment. We retain the right to reference the work anonymously in case studies.

You may cancel any time before your next billing date. Cancellations mid-cycle are honored, but the current cycle is not pro-rated.

Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months. Nothing here limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
